Meaning the service is a work in progress and there are no guarantees about its final product or features. You understand that it may contain bugs, limited functionality, or temporary outages.

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country. You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any actions under it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, functionality, or the preservation of data. Unverified accounts can be delete at anytime, or any account if this MVP version is shut down. During MVP or alpha/beta stages, your content may be lost or removed as the platform evolves.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, especially in case of violations or misuse.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York state, United States of America.
